Pros
SOME of the people are really nice and engaging. The owners who are rarely in are really friendly and will invite you to their own house for work parties etc.
Cons
You are basically scamming customers by filing consumer proposals for their debt but are charging insane administrative fees to them. $1000+tax being the absolute minimum, and I have personally seen and regularly charged clients $2000 and $3000 plus tax as administrative fees. I have also seen higher earners in the company charge $5000 and above. Highest record while I worked there was a 10,800 from ONE client. The work they do is really nothing you can't do yourself. All you are doing is filing a consumer proposal. You can do it yourself or go to a License Insolvency Trustee (which they are not), to get one done with minimal headache. All Debthelpers is even doing is just collecting your information and then passing it on to a Licensed Insolvency Trustee anyways.
