Not enough parking spaces close to the front door lol. That's hardly a problem, but I hate walking to the building if it's raining or snowing. It adds an extra 30 seconds to my "commute" haha

Fun team building sessions and monthly incentives are staple, management does a decent job in trying to create a strong relationship between cross functional teams.
