Pros
-Flexible scheduling-- lots of freedom -Friendly managers/editors -Fun, creative work that benefits the writers (you get paid to learn) and future students who use the materials -Good pay considering the difficulty of the work (not too hard) and amount of hours put into each project
Cons
-Work at your own pace-- no "work plan" set up for you -Not enough projects available (I would like to be able to do 2-3 projects during the summer) -Not much formal training
