      Privately held, all-owner staff, high-growth, excellent opportunity for individual growth and learning, founders care about all employees, flexible work hours, smart staff, excellent location, full suite of benefits. Stock-option grants awarded annually. Above-average pay.

      Cons

      Not a company for everyone. No one can "hide". Everyone makes a difference. Hard work and dedication to the long-term company goals is expected.

      Pros

      For as long as I have worked here, Decentrix has been a fun, challenging, and fast paced environment. There is an emphasis on growing people's skills and careers which enables the company to solve problems in new and innovative ways. I like it here.

      Cons

      Sometimes the breakfast club doesn't offer me burritos!
