I worked at Decipher Bureau for 1 and a half years. I only left due to relocating back to the UK. Decipher Bureau are a brilliant company, Matt the founder and Paul the director are 2 of the best humans I have had the pleasure of working with. The wider team are extremely talented. If I ever returned to Australia they would be my first calls. Best commission structure I have seen to date, too. (4 companies I’ve worked at)

Lack of females when I was there - although we tried to diversify the team as much as we could (although I believe that might have changed).
