Several people on staff have had years of both successful start ups and large company experiences, and this shows in the caliber of both the products and the commitment to make the company successful. Great management with a rapidly growing employee roster. Feedback is important to leadership, and actions are taken to produce continuous improvement.
Cons
Work loads can vary day to day, and long hours are possible. Most work is done remotely, so you don't get to interact with coworkers in person much. It's a fast paced environment, and this can lead to lots of meetings.
