      Good place to learn, improve yourself taking the environment as a challenge

      Cons

      Limited growth because of the cheap politics. Bad treatment on employees. Some managers are not fit to be a manager, both skill wise as well as management wise.

      Pros

      Great place to learn. The senior employees were always very supportive and encouraging of the Interns.

      Cons

      Being a start-up, there wasn't much room for growth as an Intern. I would have felt otherwise had I been a senior employee.
