Pros
DecksDirect was great when I was there. It truly was a company with an amazing group of employees all working towards the same goals. Salary was way lower than market value, but we stayed because we believed in it.
Cons
The company was sold to PE and rapidly became unrecognizable. The good no longer made up for the chaos that the PE caused.
