Pros
Deco has a very young, fun, and exciting office culture with a lot of team spirit. Coworkers are extremely competent and a pleasure to work with. The company encourages creative expression, and everyone is free to share their ideas. It is a fast-growing and extremely innovative company that is passionate about improving the environment and reducing energy consumption.
Cons
None that I can see so far, but the company is growing extremely quickly and constantly evolving. The culture is very young and fast-paced, so individuals coming from traditional corporate offices may not feel comfortable in such an expeditious environment.
