Pros

Just passed my 4 year mark with the company! When I first started, I didn't plan on sticking around. The people at Decore changed my view about working with others in a corporate environment. I have been given the time and resources to grow personally and professionally. And i have started to open up and build personal relationships withthe people i work with. I think that is the biggest positive. It is a family run company and it shows. The company puts emphasis on helping families succeed. I trust the people I work with and feel respected *most* of the time. Really great people here from a lot of different backgrounds.

Cons

I read through the other reviews and I dont want to write them off but they seem like exaggerations. Maybe i haven't been here long enough. The first couple years i was here, i "almost quit" a handful of times. In retrospect, that was more of a personal problem over a company problem. Decore has given me the space and the management staff have been patient with me while I grew out of those issues. Of course, there are still some points of frustration, some butting of heads, or miscommunications. That's true with most companies and, if you think about it, is kind of unavoidable when you bring a bunch of people with different experiences & perspectives together to make things happen. The biggest "con" at the company is that sometimes it seems like we change direction a lot and end up having to recreate things that were already done.
