Pros
The entire corporate office is very understanding and supportive. They have a team for Diversity & Inclusion that celebrates diversity each month. The culture is impressive for the multifamily industry and they are always looking for ways to allow employees to expand their knowledge. They love technology and are always searching for the best softwares to use. The CEO is one of the most hands-on I’ve worked for and all of the department heads provide learning sessions throughout the year on topics that are outside of our job scopes, but directly impact our company.
Cons
They are small, so if you’re looking to grow quickly in California it’s not the best option. If you’re willing to relocate, they are growing rapidly in Arizona. If you do not like change, it may not be a good fit because with new software comes changes and regular training sessions.
