1. Lack of vision - C-suites can do a lot better in conveying their vision of the product and company. There were no goals set in place for the company. Each team is basically running its own activity without aligning with the goal/ vision.
2. Hiring without a plan - The company probably burned its runway by hiring very experienced individuals into the team at a price. Overhiring and overexpanded without a clear goal. 6 months - 1 year down the track, about 60% of the staff have been made redundant due to lack of planning.
3. No empathy and Lack of Honesty - C-suites basically didn't acknowledge the work of the individuals who left the company.
4. No communication from C-suites. Getting an answer from C-suites usually gets ignored
