Toxic Management & Bad Habits - Program Manager Dedrone Employee Review

The company does not have any process whatsoever - it's literally the wild west. No strategic direction from leadership. Lots of aggression from senior leaders in meetings (public shaming etc.). This company is not for the faint of heart. Company does not allow your to prioritize your work because "everything is important". Every resource is on 7 projects at a time. Very inefficient.
