Only requirement is adulation. There are 10 management people who are just stuck to their position like a vampire. Their adulators are the priority. Everybody else comes and goes. There is a business inside the business scenario where the smallest microscopic cog is busy in politics to gain something while staying out of the radar of those 10 managers and their adulators.
