Good point on the high volume of tickets. We have high expectations for fast, efficient and quality support for our customers, especially as a hyper-growth startup. And thank you for sharing your advice regarding team building and acknowledging ideas from lower-level management. We are working on further developing both of these areas. We truly value any and all Deel team members' ideas, feedback, and advice - which is why we value 'the best idea wins' at Deel. Not just the ideas of upper management, but the person who proposes the best solution wins regardless of role or tenure.
