Thank you for your report. And thank you for your work as well, we have already experienced great results from you being in the company and would like to continue our cooperation for as long as possible.
With respect to your Advice to Management, we have discussed it with you in private since, and I appreciate you weighing in with ideas. We are trying to run an efficient flat structure without a bunch of middle management slowing things down (which in many companies does more damage than good) and rely on as much personal responsibility of each employee as possible. We will however be adding some minimal project management staff in the near future to oversee and ensure successful delivery of projects as the company grows.
