      Good business model, however they scam continously by getting free work done through their bait and switch recruiting model.

      Cons

      Company is a fraud. They assign a "paid" assessment project to you and then never pay or respond to you after the work is delivered. Beware of their scheme

      I've seen a lot of reviews where people were upset that they didn't go through the Hiring Process. If you had a business, would you hire someone who is not qualified? I want to say that if you are not hired by one company, there are thousands of IT companies around the world. Most of the activities in life involve getting rejected. You need to behave with dignity. My Pros: 1. Work on Your Own Time 2. Results Based Compensation 3. Great Management 4. Excellent Job for Introverts
