      Pros

      Highly skilled technical people with good mentality. Non-formal environment, basically, no office politics. Transparency regarding company goals and strategy and current situation (be it good or bad news, everyone is notified during company meetings).

      Cons

      Salary is average at best comparing to other local companies for the same experience/competence level. Some managers lacking communication skills in some situations, resulting in conflicts out of nowhere.
