Pros
Every day at work involves solving some sort of new research problem in AI-based compression with a highly practical component. The team is both incredibly experienced and a pleasure to work with, and everyone brings their A-game every day. Even when facing tight deadlines, there's a good mood around the office.
Cons
As is the nature of a startup, things can change daily, whether it's your research project or even which team you belong to. As far as startups go, I feel that change is kept to a minimum, but this is not the job for anyone who likes the same thing every day.
