The company is very supportive of you when it comes to furthering your education. I also like that there aren't a lot of us, so it is a tight knit group... like a family. Everyone is approachable, from the CEO down.

Being paid once a month. Company headquartered in Britian and it seems to be common practice there.

There are none that come to my mind.

I have never posted any reviews or comments in any of social media sections ever before in my life. However, in order to save any person from being scammed and cheated upon, I must say this. This is even hard to be called a "company". Out of all the mis-treatment one can go through as an employee the worst is all possible here. - Not having your offer letter or contract honored - Taking advantage of employees personal asset - No plans for professional growth - Constant attrition and no long term employees - After acquistion to McDermott International, what used to be DeepSea US employees are being treated more as an expendable - Not supplying proper tool (engineering softwares) to perform business task The list goes on and on... I am truly glad that I have left this place but I fear for the ones left behind.
