Pros

- Nice colleagues. - Decent work-life balance. - Pretty flexible with remote work. Company operates in a hybrid model, but nobody tracks who's coming in - The company computer allows you to install applications that you want to use for productivity gain. - Very easy to take vacations.

Cons

- Product is losing its edge, not going anywhere. - New CRO, new CFO, lots of organizational change. - The company is now a lot more conscious with how it spends money. - Product is better than what our competitor offers, but there is no clear roadmap on how to go from 97% perfection to 100% perfection, meaning there still isn't a possible way to replace translation companies - company growth is already slowing down despite its revenue size. - hard to attract top talents to work for this company because product is too simple and does not add to one's CV - salary is slightly below average versus other technology companies. Be extra careful that even if you offered a decent salary, it might be already on the high end of the salary band

Pros

Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

Cons

Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
