• Poor leadership and lack of structured training; had to figure out most tasks independently
• I don’t think leadership has any idea what’s going on and little accountability for underperforming team members as in many never showed up for work for months at a time and nothing happened and leadership does not seem to notice or care.
• Low collaboration across teams, minimal direction from leadership
• Layoffs and contract changes communicated poorly, with little transparency around performance or job security
