Took too long to get to work

Leadership is approachable, truly driven to progress the company and keep us up to date on what's going on with company strategy and their vision of the future - which helps me and other team members know what we should be focused on. The talent here is incredible. People here have a lot of experience in a lot of different areas. It's really nice to work somewhere that people are genuinely excited about the product we are building. People are humble and there aren't any egos here. DeepSee is HUGE about not hiring @$$ holes:) Benefits are awesome too! Unlimited PTO, 100% healthcare coverage and a very flexible WFH when you need to (or be completely remote). Those that are close by the office are asked to come in about 3 times a week (Tue – Thur). Overall, smart, fun, talented and humble people who are truly excited about the product we get to build.

No 401k. The remote culture is awesome, but for those of us who are a little further away from the office (especially during COVID) it can be hard to keep a tight-knit culture. Everyone I work with is awesome and it would be great to see them more.
