This company has great products and good, dedicated people. The Management team shows concern for the wellbeing of it's employees and makes an effort to show appreciation for a job well done. Pay is fair and benefits are decent. The environment is productive and professional, yet comfortable.

As with all companies there are a few drawbacks. One would be the lack of flexibility to work from home. Also, potential for growth is limited. However, nothing about this company is a deal breaker. If you have the opportunity to join this team I'd take it.

The company is set up like a smaller corporate office with a family "small company" feel. Working here was one of the best jobs I've ever had. KPIs were implemented in 2023 that help track our pain points by our President and with that information we were able to grow and improve ourselves and our departments with small initiatives. The company brought in the right personnel, got rid of the bad apples, and made Deepsea a great workplace.

Growth opportunities are limited. As a smaller company, there is little room to grow or "climb the corporate ladder." Many of us wore multiple hats, so if you cannot do that, advancement within the company will be hard.
