      Small company, all people stick together, knowing each other very well, like family. A lot of activity, BBQ, volleyball, pin-pong...

      Cons

      Startup company not suppose to last long. Battery has little chance in bay area.

      Pros

      start up environment with lots to do. Flexible hours as long as your work is completed. Supervisors are very knowledgeable and like to share it.

      Cons

      Manufacturing plant moved to India, have to communicate with people 12hrs ahead. Work on weekends and long hours.
