The mission is important and many coworkers are dedicated and competent. The work can be meaningful and the organization has resources to do things well when priorities are clear.
Cons
Leadership culture and communication were the biggest challenges. In meetings and communications, director-level messaging often came across as dismissive of employee concerns, creating a perception that employees were not supported.
