Cons
There is a reason DCSA ranks the lowest in the federal government. It is inconsistent with its own policies and inexperienced managers are conducting practices that violates many internal and federal policies. It also seems to be very tolerant of discriminatory, sexist and inequitable behaviors. Certain directorates are fueled by the good ol boys culture and fraternization. SES level management are aware of the issues but are too afraid to address the issues. If you are looking for an equitable, a work environment free of harassment, professional development, and a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect then DCSA is not the agency for you. There are a tons of IG and EEO complaints going around and my guess is that they are constantly being ignored.
