      -micromanaging in upper levels -no one listened to recruitment strategies or needs -high turnover rate due to poor management -lots of overtime work but not pay or flex time benefits -low pay compared to other colleges

      Working as a math tutor in the library was a very good experience. The hours are flexible which works well for students.

      There are no cons to this position unless you do not enjoy what you are teaching.
