Being with Economical for over 10 years, you’ve probably seen our company evolve and adapt to the changing landscape of our industry. Our claims team is critical in delivering on our promise of being there when customers they need us most, and staying relevant and responsive to our customers means that we look for innovative ways to keep step with customer expectations. Not only is this beneficial for customers, it’s also a great opportunity for our teams to keep their skills sharp as insurance professionals. That being said, change is change, and it takes time for everyone to adapt to new ways of working.
