- Management is terrible: no support, poor/lack of communication from higher ups down to the front line.
- Suggestions and feedback on how to improve on processes/work efficiency is always disregarded
- No employee appreciation whatsoever; TOXIC CULTURE/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- No work/life balance; the work load is ridiculous to the point that you have to stay back after your shift to get all your work done. The amount of work vs. the number of hours in a day is not sufficient and if you don't complete everything, you get dinged or rated for poor performance.
- No growth, can't move up within the company unless you're on the list of "Favourites".
- Stressful environment and you can't even seek out support or help because of the fear culture that if you're not fit to do your job, you can get fired. You may even work super hard but still will not get recognized.
- The fear culture is big, can't ask questions, can't ask for help/support: i see people crying at their desk, no support for mental health.
- Micro-managing to the max: the managers always just walk around, supervising us to "make sure" we're working - like we're in school and "can't talk in class".
- One of the team leads i had during my time there was terrible, she lacks social skills (can't communicate properly, always saying things that are off topic/irrelevant, makes awkward/racial comments at times), lacks motivational skills to support and motivate the team, lacks leadership skills (the team leader wouldn't even support the team. i.e: throws the team member under the bus when dealing with escalations instead of resolving the issue).
- The funny thing is that, not all the offices/branches are like this - some of the branches have it worse, which just goes to show the lack in management where some branches would get BETTER PERKS than others.
