2yThank you for taking the time to share your experiences and concerns. We appreciate your feedback and your input is valuable in our ongoing efforts to maintain a positive work environment and culture for all employees. We recognize that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach to flexible hybrid work but Definity is a culture focused on connection, collaboration and coaching so in office/in person time with one another is important. Expectations to spend time in person with our colleagues have been communicated for the past two years and it is part of our responsibility to build strong connections and learn from each other. We do read each one of the survey comments from employees and apply the feedback in a way that balances the needs of the business, different teams and our employees for productivity, flexibility and collaboration. We do hear your concerns and have shared your feedback with the relevant senior leadership teams.
