Starting over every three to four months with a new client, new personalities, etc was certainly always a part of life at Definity. Some years also required significant travel and time away from home.

I had exposure across many industries with different project themes that truly taught me more than I could have learned anywhere else. Working with the best of the best - the folks you work with here are all top notch. Lastly, autonomy to do your job and develop relationships with clients that last a life time.

When I started we were a local based company, but through the years business expanded so travel expanded. There was not a lot of room for upward mobility because they are a smaller company.
