It can feel like a nice department to work in in terms of the subject area It is possible to move sideways easily

Flexibility we had during covid is decreasing. When based outside of London now you can feel left out of opportunities and conversations Pay is less than equivalent grades in other departments

- Interesting range of projects - Friendly and helpful people - Flexi-time arrangements

- Unclear progression paths (in level and pay) - Red tape, bureaucracy in places
