      - Program is solid and compelling with good impact - Organizational structure has some good supports and decent benefits

      Cons

      - Leadership struggles to create a positive culture - Lack of staff cohesion or team building - Little room for growth - Lack of transparency in decision making, very top down leadership structure - Salaries do not keep up with the economy, not competitive and no cost of living increase

      -Great people who truly care about the work -A one of a kind opportunity to witness transformation -Management team supportive and wary of burnout -Opportunities for growth -Program is very effective

      -Nonprofit pay -Organization's systems change a lot -Lots of meetings, if you don't like that working style
