My managers consistently provide positive feedback and personally send words of appreciation, which is highly motivating. Clear priorities: I always know what's expected of me, which allows me to focus and be productive. Excellent task management: The company has great systems in place for managing tasks. Kind and Motivating Culture: The people are kind and truly care about overall health and fitness, which is inspiring and motivating.

Missing in-person interaction: As a remote employee, I miss the team-building events, casual chatter, and shared meals that come with an office environment. Overall, Defyned Brands is a fantastic place to work. I'm grateful for the flexibility of remote work and the company's commitment to its employees.

Salary was fair and flexible work schedule.

I was laid off due to "restructuring and company performance." My position was terminated immediately, and I only received 1 week of severance. After 2.5 years and excellent performance reviews, my position was the only one "eliminated" during this restructuring. Less than a week later, a new job posting with a different position name but the same responsibilites was posted.
