Worst experience at a work place ever - Machine Operator Deister Machine Company Employee Review

The hours are horrible to have no remorse for at home life of you take time you earned off they do nothing but give you a hard time for it the equipment is outdated leadership is unorganized and they aren’t real leaders they are just people that sit in the ac and point fingers I wouldn’t recommend this as place to work long 12 hour days all to be unappreciated by the people above you with no end at all to it. They will always be understaffed due to the fact people won’t stay longer then 90 days after being treated the way they do or just simply underpaid for what they do in my opinion if you are gonna under pay someone at least appreciate them
