      Team atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Overtime is readily available and the company has its own weld school. Continue to see strong customer orders into 2024.

      Great management. Unlimited OT. Helpful coworkers. Best pay in Ft Wayne as a welder. The company looks out for their employees. Opportunity to move up/around in the company. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Welding will kill you if you do it long enough. Insurance is expensive for family.
