Pros

At Del Mar Vacations, they foster a culture that is highly collaborative, diverse, and inclusive, creating an exceptionally supportive work environment. They not only encourage growth but also celebrate it with well-deserved promotions. My team is continuously challenged to exceed our own expectations and step out of our comfort zones. The managers are remarkable—involved yet never intrusive—and my colleagues are not only smart but also witty, always ready to lend a helping hand. The competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements have all contributed to high job satisfaction and a positive workplace experience. It's a job that I truly enjoy and a workplace where I am genuinely happy.

Cons

During the high-demand summer season from May to September, some employees are required to work weekends and they don’t schedule time off for holidays during this period. However, at Del Mar Vacations, they strive to organize enjoyable events and celebrations to enhance the summer season experience for all employees.

Pros

The people!!! The service industry can be dynamic and demanding, but Del Mar has a crew with a "can do" attitude. No task is too large or too small for this team; and I find that I have support around every corner.

Cons

The nature of property management is that you work through many facets of life; whether it be a bathroom issue or a guest complaining about a noisy neighbor- it forces you to be creative!

Pros

Work parties are fun in the Summer

Cons

You can’t trust management they will offer you whatever you need to stay and then change the requirements to receive whatever you’ve already earned. Fake promises and it’s borderline like signing up for a cult. Personal time is expected to be invested back in to work.
