Great pay. Overtime was plentiful as well as mandatory (pro & con for me personally). While a background check is required for this job, they hire felons. Fyi: as of late 2016 packagers (lowest on totem poll) start @$11.50-$13/hr. Depending if you're direct hire, hire thru temp agency & experience probably plays a small factor. Stacker, forklift operators & inspectors start closer to $13/hr+ Line/machine operators pay starts at $14/hr+

Mandatory overtime. Mostly relaxed environment but an extremely strict point system. Large turnover rate. Poor communication between management & warehouse/workhorses. After working 47 days straight (all-the-while being promised a day off a day- 3 days in the future, I was expected to work regardless) I 'pointed out' due to clocking in at 6:01 am. I even attempted making my case by pointing out several occasions I'd worked 15-18hour shifts instead of the required 12 hours...
