      You get to meet really nice co-workers

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, no breaks to employees who are not on the favorite list, management turnover is high, doctors complain all day long about their workload and the lack of money they make. JOKE right! They perform unnecessary procedures on patients. Most employees are unhappy and dissatisfied with the job. Patients are treated poorly with no care about their health only the money.

      Hours varied, hard to use PTO unless you plan weeks/months in advance

      Pros

      I’ve met some amazing people while working at DVU. Management is flexible with time off requests.

      Cons

      Where to begin.... Certain people constantly complaining to management hoping to get others in trouble No sense of morale Extremely high call volume...& no one seems to know how to run the call center or keep up with the demand Lots of frustrated patients (with a right to be frustrated, they wait on hold forever since DVU is way understaffed) You’ll be overworked and underpaid You can’t make any mistakes The training program is abysmal
