I’ve met some amazing people while working at DVU. Management is flexible with time off requests.
Cons
Where to begin....
Certain people constantly complaining to management hoping to get others in trouble
No sense of morale
Extremely high call volume...& no one seems to know how to run the call center or keep up with the demand
Lots of frustrated patients (with a right to be frustrated, they wait on hold forever since DVU is way understaffed)
You’ll be overworked and underpaid
You can’t make any mistakes
The training program is abysmal
