hold on to too many lazy employees

The residents are amazing people. I have the utmost respect for them.

Not fully staffed, not a safe place to work due to the lack of staff. The house supervisors, DON and ADON are quick to point the finger but don't seem capable of problem solving. I would not recommend working here.
