Remote position but poor management and pay - Senior Executive Assistant Delegate Solutions Employee Review

Overall, my experience with the company has been disappointing due to poor management and a toxic leadership environment. Pay is not competitive compared to the workload and expectations. In my experience, employees are not valued or supported by senior leadership or management, which creates low morale and high turnover.
