      Pros

      It used to be a really wonderful blend of academic and industry with so many good, smart people that really worked together to fight cancer.

      Cons

      New CEO and new leadership came in. Tons of layoffs. Morale is in the gutter. Most promotions denied by leadership. Everyone I used to work with is gone.

      Intelligent employees who care about the science

      Cons

      Constant pivots, budget constraints leaving teams understaffed and exhausted. Very little career mobility with constant shifting of requirements and achievements for promotion
