      Pay is good. Location is just outside of town. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Little communication skills from upper departments. Low work moral. Few young employees. Poor work happiness. Come, clock in, clock out, leave. Repeat.

      Essentially none. HR runs a dictatorship.

      Cons

      Everything involved. Total war with union and employees on floor. Every department in a crab bucket race to the bottom, and a rapidly dwindling business.
