Pros
The Delightful team cared about my holistic growth as a human. I was encouraged to set goals outside of work that my manager would check-in on over the course of the year (doing yoga, etc.). The overall culture is so powerfully female, and the CEO brings a New Zealander sense of ease to the leadership team that puts people's wellbeing over all else. I have been cheered for upon announcing that I would be leaving the company to pursue my dream job, being told that I was making the right choice for this point in my life and encouraged to come back to Delightful if it ever made sense for my path. I cannot say enough good about these humans.
Cons
My only qualm is more industry-wide, as it would be great to get tech industry worthy salaries when working on high level tech executive communications strategies.
