      Pros

      Great team culture with strong support from leadership, which makes it easier to manage work-life balance. Transparent communication and a genuine sense of purpose in the work we do.

      Cons

      Pay rises are manipulated, if you're sat to high up the band, pay rises will be capped to lower amounts, regardless for how well you're doing the job.

      As with any growing company, there's always some pitfalls but overall I can't think of a "con".

      Product seemed to work as designed

      Cons

      Company is focused purely on bottom and top line only. The culture the CEO talks about is not real. If you really need employment then consider. Otherwise look for another company that embraces the power of people. Layoffs are constant and arbitrary. You upset the apple cart and you are gone, you suck up to the CEO and you have a job for life.
