The company is small so it's easy to get to know people and it's easy to have your voice heard. I really felt like management cared about the front line workers and what we thought. I worked with them during the pandemic and they were cleaning all the time, gave us PPE, and were understanding about giving time off for people who were at risk.

Pay is low, but that's pretty standard for the industry. I wish there were more roles available or to grow into, but people tend to stay a long time here.

Company doesn't behave or care deep down about what they tell public and employees. They fired me because they are lazy, incompetent, don't really care, and were threatened by an above average employee that was a doer and only doing my job. I have integrity and can prove my statements.
