      - High quality teams of driven passionate folks working on public sector projects - Lots of projects, lots of leadership opportunity given early on - Great benefits (fully paid health care), excellent leave policy

      Cons

      - Disorganized HR practices (but not atypical for a startup) - Culture and experience can be very place-dependent, depending on your team, project, and/or region - Unfair compensation and promotion practices
