Good Company - Account Manager Delivra Employee Review

The people and culture at Delivra is what makes this such a great company to work for. Co-workers really care about each other at Delivra and it's evident through bonding at Friday lunch, volunteering in the community together, and planning fun events around the office. Work/Life balance is great pro as well with the ability to work from home when needed and the very generous amount of PTO that can be earned. Their is also plenty of opportunity to learn different skills at Delivra which can help people grow within the company.

Communication from upper management was lacking for awhile, but they have taken steps in the right direction and that is no longer a problem

Remote work. Not too much micromanagement.

Limited diversity but then again they are based is small town Indiana. Too many different systems to input and retrieve information. Nothing is all in one place.
